There are lots of activities available, and the three-year freeze with two months of free rent is a great benefit. I appreciate the rides provided to various stores, as well as the free breakfast, gym, and aerobics classes. The cost is also much more affordable compared to other places.

Most people seem friendly and management is responsive to work requests. I would recommend the apartments to others who are searching for a place.

It is a very peaceful environment, only take I have experience is, my upstairs neighbor stomps around sometimes. Other than that beautiful!!

This is the quietest place it's always very clean outside staff are more than friendly. I love living here my apartment is very spacious.

Yes the staff can not be better. They great you with a smile each and every time. They are very helpful. If they can't do it they will find someone to help you. The grounds are kept pretty clean. The only downside is the doggy run in the other side of the maintenance building. It wreaks of strong urine and the dog feces deposal can be emptied more often. However, overall I am very happy here.

The facilities staff is excellent. They know their jobs, and are extremely amenable. The grounds keeping staff is excellent. Any maintenance issues are handled immediately. My parents never partake in any of the weekly lunches or dinners. That's because of their health so there's no way for them to judge the food. However, they offer transportation and monthly planned calendars for residents to know when things are happening. Which, is daily. Hopes this helps. All residents are cordial and friendly with each other.

I rented a two bedroom plus den duplex, what they call a villa, for about nine months while I decided where I would like to buy a home. There was nothing wrong with the apartment, but I have a two year-old granddaughter and needed a safe enclosed place for her to play outdoors. There are many activities to keep you as busy as you’d like to be. I especially enjoyed Water Aerobics in the heated outdoor pool. The community is very generous with the meals and snacks. They provide for special events, at a very low cost. The only downside was where my apartment was located. It was on the corner of two streets, one of them quite busy, And I couldn’t sleep with the window open because the noise would keep me awake. I found the maintenance staff to be very friendly, accommodating, and prompt. I highly recommend this facility.

The short time, I have lived here, I am becoming familiar with the community. There is a natural surrounding area, with pretty trees, flowers, birds, and outdoor access to the apartment. My apartment is an end unit, and I have a lot of windows and privacy! There are several different floor plans to choose from.

We moved in on [date removed] because they had great move in special and we loved the location of the apartment and the surrounding area very well maintained and all the staff and maintenance staff are great and they also offered a free cruise for next year so far so good we are both very happy with the whole experience.

We thought Carefree at The Willows was a wonderful place. Would recommend it to all.

Nice apartment with balcony. Lots of activities on site and off. Bus to stores and shopping. Cool off site adventures. Nice people to work with. Free coffee and pastries, continental breakfasts. Happy hour or 2 most Fridays. Karaoke and dancing, walkers and canes and dancing like no one is watching.

I rated quality of care a 3 because I wasn't sure what you mean. I rated quality of food a 3 because my parents haven't participated in any of the food events yet. [name removed] was my main contact person. She was terrific. My only contact with the facility staff has been with maintenance and installing safety equipment in my parents apt. They also do maintenance for any honey do problems. Like mounting paintings, at no charge. Staff is polite and professional.

I didn't want to move into a normal apartment complex. A place 4 mom found me a few places, but the place I settled for had great move in cost. Plus it's quiet. Only wish we had assigned parking. People act like they don't see I park in the same spot.

It's a little pricey. I had 3 people looking for a place, loved mine, but changed their mind when they saw the pricing. The staff is wonderful. Always smiling. I love living there. It also feels secure. When I was moving in, I was carrying boxes and didn't see a rock that had rolled out of the garden. I fell on my back side and hit my head. A friend that moved in about a month before me did the same thing. She ended up with a concussion. She had other injuries also. When visiting with some neighbors, we found out that quite a few residents have fallen on those rocks.

5 for all the categories that are listed. My Mom is very happy living at Carefree Senior Living community and tells me so frequently. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Me & my mother like our Villa apartment here at Carefree North Natomas, almost like a duplex, very spacious. And lots of activities for the residences. We've been on bus trips, we have happy hour & game days.

This place stood out to us because it appeared much newer, and a much better layout. More apartment options. Staff appeared more attentive. By the way, this is not an assisted living facility. Fully independent. The staff has been very good to work with. The complex does offer a lot of activities. It is well maintained. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
