Everyone at Brookdale Fairdale has been so kind and helpful throughout the process of moving. They go above and beyond to be sure everything is taken care of!

They were very helpful while we transitioned our mom. This was a very hard time mentally and financially and [name removed] made it easy for us as daughters. We feel this is a great step for our mom and look forward to our mom adjusting to her new home.

[name removed] was amazing. I could not ask for a better tour. One thing that really stood out was she was never rushed or made me feel rushed on time. So through and patient with all the other residents. The dining lady took her time explaining everything as well.

Everything is a five. My mom really likes it there and is very happy. Do not have any complaints at all. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families and I already have. My neighbor is going to be checking it out for her mom.

Overall experience with Brookdale Pinnacle has been a 5 thus far. Staff are pleasant, sincere and caring. At less than a month in, I would recommend them to others looking.

The staff at Brookdale East Arbor has been extremely helpful and responsive to the needs of my 102 year old Mother. On one occasion a late evening phone call to [name removed] solve a problem quickly. And [name removed], the Director, has taken Mom to various medical exams and waited patiently to take her back home to East Arbor. Mom can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff is.

Brookdale Kenmore is very friendly, homelike and extremely caring. I would recommend to others to consider Brookdale Kenmore for their loved ones. The entire staff has been very welcoming

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The staff is caring and consistent. My mother has enjoyed participating in activities. The food has been very good and the dining room ambiance is welcoming.

After being here a few months I had a stroke. On discharge from two different hospitals both the staff and other residents at Brookdale Adrian have been very helpful and supportive. They've been a large part of my recovery.

We became a resident approximately 5 months ago due to my husband's change in health status. The atmosphere here is supportive and friendly. Both staff and other residents are welcoming and helpful. We love being here.

The staff is extremely responsive and respectful. The food is amazing! The room is a good size and holds what mom needs!

Staff is always friendly and caring. Clean and serve great meals. My mom is happy and well cared for, she loves all the activities and entertainment. I visit my mom at least 4 days a week at different times, always greeted and always the same excellent care and service.

Brookdale is like coming home, very clean friendly. We always recommend Waxahachie to our patients.

Well I will tell you that we looked at a couple places and talked to 5 or 6 and by far yours was the best. Your staff was excellent. Every single one there that we talked to was so wonderful. I told my wife when we walked out we do not even need to see any more. And she said yes we are going to 1 more just to be sure. Needless to say I was correct. Then we brought my uncle and he loved it. So much so that he asked me to bring him there a 2nd time and that is when he signed all the paper work. Again I can not say enough good things about you guys and I have told a couple people about you.

Brookdale Sylvan Ranch was just what we needed to meet my mother's needs. The place is cheery and we'll kept, the staff enthusiastic, patient, understanding, and delightful to both residents and visiting guests. Really happy to have mom there and being well taken care of.

I will say the speed at which Brookdale got my mil in was lightening fast. In less than 24 hrs after asking for the nurse assessment, she was moving in. We had been in touch for months and when we finally reached the point of no other option, Brookdale came to the rescue. Nice facility, staff is very kind and helpful. Food is quite good. Medical staff is very good. Studio is a fine size. That's our only experience. The hair salon is so convenient. Activities my mil has participated in have been positive.
