Brookdale

Overall, everything about Brookdale Northshore looks great, a very peaceful atmosphere throughout the whole facility. I would recommend it to anyone. All staff personnel that I interacted with seem to be very knowledgeable, business-minded, and congenial at the same time.

Ww have lived in an Independent Apartment at Trillium Crossing for 2 years. We have enjoyed our time here. The staff is wonderful. l They are polite, friendly and efficient. The facility is not as new as many around this area, but it is well laid out and comfortable. There are enough activities for those that want to be busy, but no one has to take part if you just want to relax in your own living area. The food is good, especially the lunches, and plentiful. As with any facility, there are things that we would do differently, but that would be true of any place of this type. It isn't cheap to live here, but mostly we feel that we are getting what we are paying for. The Brookdale at Home staff is especially well-trained and we really appreciate their services.

The staff is so kind and caring and just plain nice. Very impressed by the facility and services but the staff stood out the most. A very comfortable & happy place. Food was very good and presented beautifully. Service also was as if in a 5 star restaurant.

I recently visited Brookdale Sandy Springs to see a resident there. I was greeted very warmly at the front door and given direction to sign in and then shown to the room. I stayed for about an hour and walked with my friend around the halls and to the activity room. The staff was so friendly and seemed to really enjoy interacting with the people living there. It was clean and did not smell like other places I have been in. The people living there was enjoying the activity going on and they looked clean and well cared for. This was my impression of this assisted living and I was happy my friend was being well cared for.

I would give a 5 to 1 - 7, and a 5 for value as long as the prospective tenants are Veterans. Brookdale is pro-military, and gives a good discount for veterans. So far we are thoroughly enjoying being here. It's almost like immediately being among old friends.

I would rate all a 5 except for 4, 6 and 7. I have not had a direct experience with those but my husband visit his brother every day,and had had absolutely no issues with them. In fact, he make a point to get there in time for breakfast because the food is good. Overall, the staff made a very stressful time much less stressful because of their competence and caring.

The main thing is that everybody is so extremely friendly. And they all appear as though they truly want to be helpful and kind. There doesn't appear to be a whole lot of options regarding meals. A larger variety would obviously be better. And thirdly, even though we were told that we signed signed up just in time to not be hit with an increase in cost. He's only been there less than two months and he's already gotten an increase in cost.

[name removed] met me at the lobby walked me through the independent apartment and cottage option she answered most of my question ,i like the idea of not have to worry about maintenance of my house ,meals ready no more house chores.

It FELT like family. It didn't feel like a wear house for the elderly. [names removed] were straight forward and welcoming. And the best part my father was able to keep his dog. I would definitely recommend Brookdale

They are very friendly and welcoming. They have many activities and resources. Good selection on the menu. Rooms are a decent size. I would recommend to others.

So close to where I live. The place is clean and pretty.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The guide was very friendly and gave me a chance to see all of the facility. It was very clean and tidy. The residents that I met were nice and welcoming. I talked to a resident that I knew and had not seen in years. (a relative of my deceased husband) She was 100 years old but so alert and able to remember me and we had a wonderful conversation. That was great for me. My uncle is a bit stubborn and refuses discussing a move. I will have to wait. He says he is not ready. He is 90 years but still very much alert. Thank You PS. please do not put me on any list that you share. Will contact you when he is ready.

I would give a 5 in all categories except food but we all have preferences it is rather bland but good selections. The people are supportive and involved with the needs of residents. They get involved with medical issues as needed and give guidance and support. Overall staff top to bottom are caring. Older facility but they stay on top of maintenance issues and cleaning. Yes I would recommend this facility. For the cost that is out there these folks are the best at caring for the residents.

We all say 5 for everything. She's only been there since November 1 so not too much in the care area yet. Our joke is that she now has her dream come true - a handyman at her beck and call. Our sister does not have to live alone anymore, gets the care she needs, she eats good and has lots of activities and friends to do things with. We can visit all the time and take her places. We, her sisters, are also older so this helps all of us have a better quality of life.

We like the property, the age was actually selling point due to age of trees and the way the buildings were spread out The staff was very accommodating and transparent.

We were greeted kindly and the sales coordinator was knowledgeable and thoughtful, we were able to tour an occupied apartment while the couple were at dinner - they were so gracious to allow us the chance to see the unit and visualize it better than just looking at a floor plan.

This place was just the right location for my husband. Clean facilities from my observation. Different levels of activities and everyone was so caring. Price however maybe out of my range. That’s all I can provide for this visit. I am still in the process of finding a place and may very well have to come back to this facility later.

Mom has been a resident of The Crossings memory care floor of Brookdale Sarasota Midtown since March of this year. She has been well taken care of, and communication with the staff has been wonderful. I know I can contact the staff without issue.

My family has been extremely pleased with everything since my dad has been living here. We have enjoyed all the fun activities right along with my dad and other residents. My dad has really enjoyed the food and the morning exercise class. I love that this location is surrounded by park with walking trails, which my dad enjoys visiting. The staff has been amazing and helps take care of thing quickly. Everyone has been very nice.

My visit with [name removed] was excellent. She is very personal.
