Good care and helpful staff. Would recommend

Great caring staff, clean community, huge 1 bedroom apt - best value in DFW. Food isn't a 5 star experience, but it's decent and the residents have variety. All residents that I've met are genuinely happy here. Decent amount of activities and outings are offered, and new residents are guided to dining, activities, not just left on their own with no clue about what to do. Bringing Mom here was a no brainier - she loves it here!

We are paying the highest amount you can pay but my mom gets a lot of attention. What we like the most about the community is that the staff - both the nurses and the administrative staff. They seem to genuinely care. We love that there are a LOT of activities.

5 for all. My mom loves Brookdale. She is so much more active now but doesn't feel forced into anything. Their food is amazing. Tons of activities. Staff is wonderful and feels like a small family. We are thrilled with our choice.

The tour was very informative with insight into all areas of the facility. Person giving tour was very knowledgeable. She gave us a good "picture" of what it is like to live there. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

It’s such a good place for me to live! Safe, friendly. Helpful. The food is amazing, like a fine dining restaurant every night! The staff really cares & is good at what they do! Great choice, I couldn't be happier here!

Mother is very well taken care of. She has been a resident of Brookdale Senior Living in Broken Arrow,OK for 10 months. She enjoys the activities and outings. The care givers are very special people with a very open and giving heart. They treat mom as if she was there mother. We appreciate all they do for her. They provide great service with a smile.

The daughter or not one but two residents at Brookdale Broken Arrow, Ok, I could not have survived the last five years without the warmth, caring, truly amazing staff and administration at Brookdale. No matter the issue, no matter the fear, the heartbreak of caring for our elderly Mom and Dad, at every level, Brookdale support us and our parents in the utmost professional way. But more than that we felt our parents were truly loved at a time when they needed far more than we could offer. A true peace of mind ..

I would recommend. When I was looking for a place and visiting the director and sales manager were extremely friendly and expressed their interest in helping my mom get better and have a better life. I feel they have been have done what they promised. My mom has a a difficult time adjusting to the new place. The director raved about how good the food is but my mom is not as enthusiastic about it.

We had to find a place quickly for our dad with alzheimer's. The process was smooth and everyone from customer service to kitchen staff were friendly and wonderful! It's so hard to leave your loved ones with strangers, but I felt comfortable leaving my dad there on his first night. Brookdale does fun events for families to join. A Thanksgiving meal with family, Christmas pictures, hot cocoa and dessert with the residents and much more. I toured a couple assisted living/memory care places, but Brookdale Broken Arrow felt like home from the moment we stepped through the door. My dad has loved living there and never complains. I have nothing bad to say.

Excellent service, friendly and attentive. So far I am very pleased with everything.

Everyone has been thoughtful and supportive from all departments including admin, management, facilities, dining, etc. I would recommend this community to others.

They are very attentive to any needs, the food has been good. My mom likes the flexibility that she can eat anytime of day 7 AM to 7 PM. It's very clean and her apartment has a beautiful balcony that she enjoys tremendously with her plants. [name removed] initially helped us and was great at making my mom feel at home.

Brookdale Spruce Woods is a great place. The staff are very friendly and caring . My mom was only there for 2 weeks. I had only 2 complaints 1. the food wasn't that great. 2. The level of care they could provide wasn't clear. I was hoping my mom would be able to have end of life care there even if it meant hiring outside help for her. In spite of it all, being able to get an assisted living one bedroom apartment was the only way my mother would leave her one bedroom apartment independent living. On another note Langdon Place in Dover NH where she went for rehab was really awful. Where mom finally ended up was Watson Fields which was fabulous and where she was able to go from assisted living to end of life care. I'm VERY thankful for them.

Brookside is filled with amazing, caring and helpful people. Hands down a great facility! I got my mom a double room which was like a small apartment. The regular rooms are small (like other places) but doable. The food was amazing! I ate with my mom often and couldn't believe how tasty the meals were. Many choices and they were extremely accommodating.

My mom is in the memory care unit and has been at Brookdale a little over 3 years. We wouldn't want to have her anywhere else. The staff is awesome and takes care of mom when we can't. We go almost everyday and she is clean and her room is clean. Having someone with dementia is hard but it helps to know she is in a caring environment when we aren't there. The memory care staff is awesome!! The food is awesome mom cleans her plate everyday!!

What we like the most about the community is the activities that are provided for the residents.

The director and receptionist were my initial interactions and were both friendly and helpful. As I was walking in, some residents were being loaded into the bus and I saw the staff treat them with care and respect. I also liked that they were taking them on an outing. The director patiently answered all my questions and gave me a full tour of the facility. I was pleasantly surprised that they had an inner courtyard that I thought was very inviting. The studio room seemed a bit small to me and the prices seemed very high is the only negative I can say from this tour. This place definitely gave me some things to think about.

It was close to family and I liked the staff who worked there. I also appreciated how long the staff has worked together. It's been an excellent move for my mother. She rarely answers her phone because she is participating in most of the activities Brookdale offers. Mom is involved, safe and happy
