Brookdale

From the first time I talked to [name removed] about my mom's memory loss to the screening and interview process I felt comfortable and Brookdale is where she should be. The staff treat my mom like one of there own. They make us aware of any changes in her health needs which makes us feel comfortable. The staff always answers any questions or concerns that we have. They always contact me when anything arises I need to be aware of.

Brookdale Richland is situated close to the heart of Richland but just far enough out of the hustle a bustle, and just minutes away from shopping and Kadlec Hospital. The building has recently went through major renovations from new air conditioning, new carpets, furnishings ,plank flooring and an updated fire system. This building is full of friendly, active and caring people both residents, and staff.

We viewed many homes before deciding on brookdale. [name removed] was great explaining everything and helping in any way she could. The home was by far the best we saw. My dad has been there for over a month now and we love the people and all they do for him and us. Most important he loves all the people and the the place. They treat them great do activity’s with them. He even got to be in the Christmas parade. If you’re looking for a great place for your parent who needs a little extra help or full care. Kind and courteous caregivers very clean, food is good, the site of the room accommodates my needs.

From the first moment that I entered the doors, I felt welcome and the residents already here wanted to know my name. My son and I were given, clearly, all the information. We needed about that time with the director. After three months here as a resident, I feel that I have made the right decision for a place to live for independent living.

My mom has been at Brookdale for seven years. She is very happy with the care that she receives and has made many friends. All staff is very friendly and polite every time I visit with mom. I appreciate all they do for her.

I have lived in this community for the last 5 months and loved it!! The move was a hard one on me but the staff made me feel welcomed and took away the anxiety I was feeling. My husband was in need of memory care and I assisted living. We had several deaths in our family and I was overwhelmed and did not know what to expect. Everyone welcomed us with open arms and I felt right at home quickly. I cannot say enough about the staff!!! Everyone is so wonderful!

Brookdale is one of the best communities. You will always be greeted with a smile and someone willing to help. Brookdale is very clean and has beautiful seasonal decorations to keep the residents current and feel like home. This community focus's a lot on family and activities. Always providing new things to keep each person entertained. I love the Energy in the building!

My experience with Brookdale has been the most positive experience. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the residents all seem to be extremely happy.
