Brookdale

Both of my parents are there for respite care. The staff is awesome. They have in house PT which is great. They are liking the one floor living arrangements and not having to brave the nasty weather while Mom is still recovering. The food is great, they are both enjoying not cooking and focusing on healing rather than the day to day activities of life. My mom has taken advantage of some of the programs and my dad is enjoying less responsibilities and driving. They get their apartment cleaned every other week. So far so good. They are actually considering moving in permanently.

Staff absolutely top notch. Facility is clean. Food is good. Mom is in great hands! Apartment size is perfect for her!

I would definitely give them a 5! The staff is amazing. They recognize me and k ow my name when I walk in the building. The food looks good. They call me if anything happens. I have spoken to others who have parents there and they feel the same. I am very comfortable with my Mother being there.

It was wonderful meeting Chef, Crafts Instructor & others on staff, & to wall for tenants of previous military duties. Tour guide was really helpful! (Wanted to use her name, but not allowed.) I had a very fact filled tour. Favorite place now, but may not be able to afford 2026 rate increase.

I found brookdale is very clean and well ran. The staff is very efficient and attentive to people's needs. The administration is always there to answer your questions. The rooms are well taken care of in housekeeping. There are multiple activities that you can participate in.

Did a virtual tour and was very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism. The facility is clean and spacious with multiple cozy spots. The units seem spacious and light. [name removed](sp)has been wonderful!

The staff is wonderful will every resident regardless of what stage they may be with dementia. Facility is extremely clean and offers a welcoming home setting. Restaurant seating during meals. They do offer a private dining room for personal dinners with family

We were met by a warm and hospitable host who had all the answers to questions we asked and offered suggestions we nevrr even considered. Brookdale Vestal didnt 'feel' like an assisted living or nursing home. Residents were dressed and clean and out.of their rooms. Very, very nice place.

The facility was clean, orderly, pleasant, no odors, well thought out design & Freindly… the residents seemed happy and comfortable!

What we like the most about the community is the care to their clients. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Meridian to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff was exceptional friendly and accommodating. Everyone smiled and said hello. The tour included 2 rooms. Also, included were dining area and sample menu for the day, social areas, activity area, beverage station etc...I would say it appeared clean and neat. Overall a good experience. I was given a folder of information and pricing.

[name removed] was easy to talk with. He was a great listener. He understands what you're going through. I believe it would have been a great fit for my husband. However, it came down to finance as it usually does.

[name removed] and the staff at Brookdale were AMAZING! It is very obvious that the care of the individual is the top priority! I walked away feeling positive about the potential to place my father in a facility that would care for him like family. I don't know how they do it, but it is impressive!

It has been a good experience at Brookdale Greenville, we have no problem. They lowered my stress over my mothers care by 1000%.

Clean on inside some areas need cleaned outside or repainted. Staff was friendly. Had a Lunch sample it was good. .The apartments. Layout was not great but similar to other places. Wasted space due to how the bathroom and large sliding door.

Beautiful facility. Residents seemed very happy and the staff were a comfort to me. They listened to my concerns and explained everything to my satisfaction. The menu options were catered to the residents which I thought was a wonderful idea.

Liked everything about this facility. Could see my loved one thriving in that environment. Rooms were a good size and nicely appointed. Common areas would definitely promote Socialization. The area was tucked away but easily accessible. And I definitely liked the security.

My sister has been in two rehab facilities before coming to Brookdale Westerville Assisted Living Yes , there are differences to say for sure My sister now has the correct settings for bi pap machine And is put on correctly each night we're before it was not My sister is thriving and socializing and is happy , is treated with respect and kindness I recommend Brookdale Westerville highly It is a small community with residents that socialize in this environment

5 on all! They are fantastic! My parents really like it there, and what we like the most about the community is all of their staff, the food and the cleanliness. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Chubbuck to other families based on the experience so far.

The location of the facility is convenient. Staff is exceptional and really work to make the resident "feel at home". This is a facility with high standards for its staff.
