Overall experience was excellent. Her room was freshly painted and carpeted upon arrival(5) the bathroom was in need of a refresh, but clean Friendliness of staff. (5+) [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the dietary person all supportive, kind and willing to help. Quality of care. very good. Meals/Dining - aware of dietary restrictions and creative with meals. Activities - diverse options and included the residence to keep it fresh. Value for Cost. - many option for levels of care.

I moved into Brookdale Olympia East about 6 months ago and would recommend it to anyone looking for a positve environment for senior living. The staff is very caring and kind and the residents are so friendly. There are always going to be things that come up in any community but I have found all concerns to be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I love the food. I like the residents and staff at Brookdale. My dog also loves it here. The view from my apartment is gorgeous. I am so happy living here.

We just recently moved my parents into Assisted Living at Brookdale Cypress Lake. From the moment we walked in the front door, we experienced the true caring of all the staff from reception to housekeeping, nursing to activities and more. The best!

I've lived here for four years and have enjoyed it as my second home. I consider the staff as my friends and have several residents as good friends.

We happier and satisfied to spend our remaining days of life here, where we are well cared for. We feel like we are a part of a family who cares for each other.

My mother in law has been at Brookdale for four years. The care she receives is excellent from the staff. I don’t worry about her like I did when she was living on her own. She is happy and is doing well at the age of 97. I highly recommend Brookdale to anyone who is looking for a safe and caring home for their loved one.

My mom recently moved into the community. The process went smooth from the very first meeting with [name removed], to the day of move in. The nursing team did not miss a beat with managing moms transition after getting out of rehab. She has settled in, has met a few new friends, and is enjoying herself. If friends asked me about a place for their parents, I would definitely recommend Allenmore

Facility is older but very well maintained. Staff is great and always attentive to my Mom's needs. She moved from another assisted living facility and is much happier now that she is at Brookdale. I am confident that she is getting the best care available.

My mom loves her home at Brookdale HAMILTON Her daughter loves that is is always kept in the loop on moms care. Activities are exceptional Mom loves her dining experience. She feels like she os on a restaurant. Mom enjoys the assigned seating.

I am currently a resident at Brookdale Sarasota Midtown and things have been great for me overall at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff is great. We've had some problems, but overall they are great. The food is good and the housekeeping is great. I don't have anything negative to say, except that they don't have a maintenance person to do small projects such as assist with things like hanging pictures. Overall, yes I would recommend Brookdale Sarasota Midtown to others!

From the beginning, the staff at Brookdale Eddy Pond West were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They were flexible with move-in dates and we were able to move my loved one in without time restrictions. The staff are very attentive to the residents and they get to know each person and their family. The facility is kept clean and is welcoming and I feel that my family member is in a safe environment and is well cared for. I would highly recommend Brookdale Eddy Pond West for both Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Brookdale was the perfect choice for care for our mother. The staff is very caring and makes sure all the residents feel at home. Residents have lots of activities, and staff works to keep everyone engaged. Our mom loved the accessibility to safe outdoor courtyard spaces with gardens and wildlife. Having a loved one needing long-term memory care was extremely difficult, but Brookdale Meridian Memory Care made the transition manageable. We are lucky to have them in our community.

My family and loved ones who reside here have received the upmost thoughtful care even in trying times. Everyone here is very kind and go out of their way to help a family through life’s transitions.

Focus on dementia- staff is well trained and caring, setting is small and bright, personal interaction with staff.

My experience is that the staff is incredible! Friendly and honestly seem to care about the residents. Would absolutely recommend to a friend. They reacted quickly to assist me. Mom was in rehab and we were given short notice that she would need assisted living.

I believe all categories would score a 5. All he folks we've met there are very friendly and helpful. Mom says the meals are wonderful. The facility is always clean, I think the floors of individuals ' rooms could be better swept and mopped. Hallways and communal rooms are spotless. There has been a discrepancy in cost each month, billing department says X is the cost, I was promised that Y was the figure. I have been paying what I was told and so far no big problems.

I recently toured and fell in love with the facility. I brought my mom a few days later as well and she picked out her apartment with a great view. She gets great care and the other residents are happy when I go visit mom. 10/10 recommendation for Brookdale Sleepy Hollow:

Smaller patients and close to home. Employees had many year's experience. Husband only there for 5 days but all so helpful when he was there and sent him to hospital! From hospital he came home and we gave up his room at Brookdale.
