They have always done a great job taking care of my mom. Nothing is perfect in life but they try and succeed at doing a darn good job. We are happy to have her in their care! I just recently transferred from Independent to Assisted Living. During my transition meeting I didn’t have a chance to ask a question because the staff for every department were there and answered every question possible. My move went well and the move in coordinator was kind and helped set up my TVs and WiFi. Everyone is very friendly. The service is excellent. And the food is good. The staff is always there and willing to help me.

I currently live at Brookdale Brea and everything has been mostly very good for me here so far. The housekeeping is good. The family/resident needs to ask questions. Sometimes they forget to tell you the days for a shower, if needed, or days for the room cleaning and laundry. it's usually done well. There is always someone to help. The food is very good. They really want to help. I do recommend Brookdale Brea.

My mother is currently a resident of Brookdale and loves it. The staff and healthcare providers are caring, knowledgeable and follow through with patient care. The location is very well kept and safe. My mother has complemented the food, activities and staff repeatedly. Choosing a residence/ALF is not easy, however, Brookdale helped in every way possible and continues to provide great care.
