All 5 stars! My mom is very happy at Brookdale New Port Richey.

The lead staff is very knowledgeable and caring. They have been very helpful to my mom and have reached out to me to ensure she everything she needs. Apartments are a decent size and easy to locate for the residents. Full kitchen if desired.

Overall I am very satisfied with all aspects of Brookdale Grand Prairie. All staff are very friendly and pleasant...go out of their way to learn names rapidly and make you feel welcome. Also the residents are all willing to welcome newbies and are pleasant. I would recommend this community to other families.

We have been very satisfied with the Brookdale Crown Point facility. Our loved ones friends call tell that she is happy with the move as well. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

What our family likes most about the Brookdale Conway community is the entire working staff. The staff team has been very helpful and friendly during our experience. Our loved ones is happy with the meals and dining as well as the activities.

The people, both staff and residents, were very friendly. The community has a lot of activities for residents to stay active. The rooms are large and clean.

My mom loves it there. Friendly and supportive staff. Smaller community feel. Tons of activities and a warm welcoming environment. I would recommend this facility to others.

We were thrilled to find this facility to accommodate us for a two week respite care term for my mother in Law. [name removed], at Brookdale North showed us the facility and did much to get us in in a moment's notice.

It has been a great experience for me (except for physical discomfort from surgery). The people are so kind and caring and will do anything they can to help you feel better. Activities, movies and entertainment when you feel up to it. Other residents are nice and make you feel very welcome. I am so glad I choose to come to Brookdale for my post-op recovery.

Mom never made it there unfortunately, but we knew if she could she would have loved it. We worked closely with the administration and they were all wonderful! I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The staff at Brookdale Highlands Ranch is very kind and compassionate and very skilled at caring for people with dementia. They take time to get to know each individual and tailor care to his/her needs and preferences. They genuinely care for the residents and treat them like their own family. Great group of people!

The staff was exceptional. The facility was older but we chose the care over the physical plant. The staff had an approach that as long as dad was there, he would be happier if he participated in attending the lunch room and activities. They went extra effort to make that happen as long as dad could. Dad was end stage and ended up bring there only 30 days. The one on one patient care was wonderful. The facility wasn't one of the new ones w large windows and fancy lobby furniture, but based on several recommendations about the personal care we chose them. It is also small, I am not sure I remember exactly but memory care was 12 and assisted was maybe 24, but I am not totally sure on that. The physical plant is a little out of date but I hear they are updating it. There is more to selecting the place for a loved one, especially a short timer, than curtains and upholstery.

It seems to provide at least everything that other facilities I toured does. some of their amenities are even a little bit better. being close to my home was also a big reason.

Overall, we are pleased with the residence and service. We feel that our resident is safe and taken care of. If we find something not working, it is corrected quickly. Most of the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. There are a few employees that are not friendly and get annoyed when asked to help. One day I arrived and could hear someone calling "help" and found that it was my family member and they had been put in a chair in their room and no one had come back to help them. This was concerning. The main areas are always clean and look very inviting. The individual rooms need to be cleaned better and more care needed when washing and folding resident's clothes. Clothes are very wrinkled and not hung or stored properly. The man that was at the front desk all the time is very much missed, he seemed to look after and genuinely care for the residents and visitors. I miss someone being there to help or answer questions. No one being there is a benefit that is lost.

[name removed]has been such a great help to me and my family. She's always made herself available whenever I had questions and she moved quickly to get things done including research information to quickly answer our or my questions. You all have a terrific asset in [name removed], she's a gem who knows how to get things done and keep our family happy and content.

The staff is very helpful. They have answered all my questions about what they do. They asked questions about my sister to get to know her better. Her likes and dislike. In all areas. Hobbies, foods, TV shows.

Overall the staff are very caring. Improvements are consistently being made. New painting was completed throughout and it feels fresh and new. I would recommend this to all looking in the Walla Walla area as a good option for care.

Brookdale Wornall Place staff have been welcoming and very helpful in all aspects of the transition of my mom to an assisted living facility. [Name removed] provided a thorough overview of the contract, all amenities and medical and residential support that would be available. We got a tour of the entire facility as well as viewed several different floor plans for apartments. We noticed throughout the tour staff knew residents by name and there was a positive culture and climate across the facility, from residents to staff. Once we selected an apartment, we completed the brief paperwork and were able to schedule a move-in date within the week. Maintenance staff were helpful during the move-in process and all staff stopped by throughout the day to introduce themselves and welcome us. The facility leadership team did a walk through to ensure everything was ready to go, making note of any finishing touches that were still needed. Staff have been very attentive and supportive and have worked to get to know my mom and understand her needs. Care has been good and the medical staff have partnered well to work through changes in meds or treating other small illnesses that have occurred. Many daily activities available from which to choose to stay active and engaged. The place is clean and beautiful and we would recommend to anyone seeking out an inviting and safe space for a loved one.

Have been here 5 years. Feels like home.
