Brookdale

We are really happy about Brookdale. The care staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly. And yes! I have recommended them!

All 5s! The Creative Director has great programs for all and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Brookdale North Boulder to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Most apartments are matchboxes , I seen a apartment that I loved the living room was huge , they had a full kitchen ( a must for me )) also a open menu I loved with different selections it was my kinda place

The quality of care is a 2 because we have asked and been told "yes" to them replacing a "fogged" up glass panel in the sliding door to the balcony numerous times. They say it's being "on order" but it's been almost 3 years. When we have called the manager he has yet to call us back.

My mom has only been at Brookdale Burlington for a few weeks, but so far we are satisfied with everything about it. The atmosphere is very nice, and though I was worried about it being on a busy road, her room is quiet and there's no traffic noise that I've noticed. The staff is friendly and appears to go above and beyond in making sure residents are comfortable and have what they need. I like the facility floor plan, which includes a library, salon, and large gathering room for board games, jigsaw puzzles, and family meals. While we're still getting acquainted with the people and services offered, we have been pleased with the level of care, quality of physical therapy, and responsiveness to requests and questions.

I have experienced the compassion that have been beyond what I expected. the staff has All been very friendly + helpful They sometimes have gone out of their way to accomadate my needs.

Brookale has been very good for my mom. She has received help as needed and encouragement to keep doing things that will help her stay as healthy as possible. We feel it has been a supportive place with great

My wife and I enjoy the meals. We dine with another couple that we have very many things in common with. We’ve built a really good friendship with them and some other residents in the community. We enjoy our apartment at spacious and home like.

Staff are so incredibly kind and helpful to residents and guests. Everyone I spoke to seemed very happy and the residents were obviously extremely happy and kind to us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The food is good for me and I just like it over here very well. It’s my home away from home. I like the crafts, like painting, but I didn’t stay in the lines very well. I like to sit on the front porch in my favorite chair. I enjoyed doing bingo and other activities, including family night.

He said the place is very clean. The food is good and the people are nice. Employees are helpful and they make every effort to meet his needs. Outside view is nice, not alot of traffic or noise. Plenty of activities and I like living here.

The staff at Brookdale Southpointe listened to our needs and did their best to support us. They took care of my aunt and stopped to help us too.I am so glad we found Brookdale Southpoint

I love everything about this community. The Staff is excellent, friendly, caring, attentive, professional, The food is delicious the entire facility is immaculate My aunt & sister-in-law reside here and I would not want them any where else.

I wish I could rate everything a 10. Everything about Brookdale Southpoint is excellent from dining, housekeeping, activities, nursing, etc. The executive director is top of the line!

My father passed away 2 days after moving in. Staff there were great. I would recommend this place to anyone though. Staff were incredible. 5. His wife [name removed] is still there and we visit regularly

The community looks out for each other. Whether it is the individuals supplying services, or the residents themselves. This is a statement from my mother, and shared by me. Mom initially had her doubts whether this life changing experience would be a positive one, but as soon as we walked in for our tour, we were greeted with friendliness, and people who took an interest in my mothers personality, interests, and the life she lived. They are arranging activities that would conform to her interests for the best experience possible. The stresses of doing the right thing for my mom have been allev iated.

The staff and people are all so kind and caring. It is like being a part of a loving family! Darcy was so helpful and sweet during the moving process and she found my parents the perfect apartment. They are all so accommodating. The maintenance services are great and very helpful. The front desk people always greet us with a smile. The valet guys are the best! They always help my mom into the car (she is wheelchair bound). I am so happy that we selected Brookdale!

My parents were well taken and became stronger. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and roomy allowed for several walks a day inside. The staff knew their names and checked on them several times a day.
