Brookdale

They really get to know the residents. The outings and experiences throughout the day/month and how they connect residents to make "like minded" friends. My mom feels safe and supported. It was not the largest nor the smallest place we visited. Brookdale is Enough for her to feel seen but not forgotten. It feels like home to her and clearly the residents too. They have pride in where they live

The staff is very helpful, especially when my mom first arrived. Very clean, and cozy feeling. The closets and the bathrooms are very spacious. Mom says the food is good, and plenty to eat.

When I have an order to deliver, they recognize me when I call and even know my dad, so they always make sure he receives it. They are very helpful and caring. It’s an engaging, friendly community that truly looks out for people. My dad loves it!

The people here are wonderful, and the food options are convenient and helpful. The staff consistently go out of their way to assist residents and make the experience better. The apartments themselves are nice overall, though I would appreciate a bit more closet space. It would also be great to have a private yard.

My mom chose this place because her mother went here and she was familiar with it. They have treated my mother wonderfully and I can't say enough about how great the staff is.

Great place I really like here. Food is good and the nurses afro great!! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for assisted living. The price is affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend that you come and take a tour. You will be overly suptised at this place

My tour with Lakea was very thorough and informative. I was able to see the interaction with staff and residents.

Love this community and the way they care for and get to know the residents makes it feel like home. Food is awesome and it is small enough to make it feel like its own little neighbor. Safer was a big concern for us in looking at a home like this and they meet all that we were looking for.

The Aides at Brookdale, who interact with my Mother-in-law daily, are absolutely wonderful. They truly care.

This place has been heaven sent for my daddy. I'm very happy and blessed he is there. They are all very caring and they are all well trained as to how to handle and navigate this awful disease. My daddy now has quality of life thanks to their amazing caring work

Brookdale Pointe West is a clean, professionally-run facility. The staff is caring, the management is dedicated and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend Brookdale Pointe West.

The caregivers at brookdale Champions are very helpful to the resident, they are very helpful when it comes to the resident special needs. They offer great meal service for lunch, breakfast, and dinner. Brookdale Champions offer a variety of activities for their residents such as like Bingo, Bird Feeding classes, live music, bus outting outside, the community grounds. They also offer fitness class Mon-Sun.

Staff very welcoming. Concerns promptly addressed by either staff or administratiom. Food very good, accomodates dietary problems immediately. Other places were always too salty or too much fried foods, not here. Home health link valuable w/NP, PT.

I didn’t realize it was a private pay building and I was looking for more of a Medicaid building . The person who gave me the tour, gave me some great insight of places I should be looking at. She was very thorough and made sure I had all the information I needed to continue my search to find a great home for my dad .

My mother just moved into Brushy Creek, and she is so happy! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcome and comfortable! All of the staff was willing to take their time to answer my questions, both on the phone, and in person. We got a tour, my mom was able to eat lunch there, and all of the staff was extremely friendly! Everytime we came to bring some of her stuff, everyone kept asking how soon she was coming. My mom is a very social person, and she really likes the interactions she's getting at Brookdale at Brushy Creek. Anytime I need something, they are always very quick to respond! This is an amazing place for people who want to move into an assisted living opportunity. [Names Removed] have especially helped me feel comfortable, and my mom feel loved. The staff is very attentive and caring. They also are very good at communicating with family members.

Brookdale was an extremely clean and friendly place. All the employees I met were happy to say hello and chat a bit. A couple of residents were enjoying the outdoor courtyard, which was very beautiful with birdfeeders and even a couple of curious terrapins. The dining area was very homey feeling. They even cook eggs to order for breakfast. They also consider their residents feet and offer a podiatry time.

Very friendly and professional staff. I liked the homely feeling of the facility. Lots of activities and the menu looked delicious. The tour was also informative, since this was my first tour of an Assisted Living facility.
