Brookdale

I placed my mother in law at Brookdale Hamilton Wolfe because she has dementia and can't stay on her own. Hamilton Wolfe has a great staff who take great care of their patients. They are always checking up on their patients.

We moved my sister into Brookdale over 2 months ago. She has improved and is taking more interest in how she dresses. She's eating 3 meals a day instead of 2. Food looks really delicious ??. Her room is kept clean. The staff is wonderful and there for you. I recommend Brookdale.

We felt like they honestly cared about our needs. When my brother arrived he was treated as if he was a family member. The residents introduced them self will instruction of what to do and where to go, and invitations to join them at different tables for dinner. They laughed and joked as if they were old friends. My brother loves it at Brookshire Hamilton Wolf.

Would highly recommend Brookdale for anyone looking for a home for their loved one in need of additional assistance in their later years. The staff n nurses n everyone we encountered made us feel safe n welcome.

My mother has been very pleased with the facility, staff, meals, activities and services offered. She is enjoying the socialization she was missing by living alone in her house. They also welcomed and accomodated her pet cat which was a big plus. Can't ask for more.

Brookdale Ormond Beach West was everything we were looking for in a facility that would care for mom the way she needs and deserves. The staff is very friendly, outgoing, caring for each of the residents there. They encourage them to be active, and involved in the daily activities provided for them.

Very attentive and excellent care. The director, [name removed], is always friendly, caring and has high expectations for the staff. [name removed], the head nurse, is compassionate and attentive to details. They make the residents feel heard and cared about. They also communicate with the family member/durable power of attorney consistently while keeping the rights of the resident at the forefront of all decisions.

I can’t say enough good things about Brookdale. My Mom was at the Clinton location and I only have positive things to say about this facility. The staff members truly care about the residents. In the short time my Mom was there she received amazing care from every caretaker. I felt so at ease knowing she was there, all the residents were always so well taken care of , not just my Mom. This is a great group of individuals with every bigger hearts.

This is a wonderful place for my grandma! The staff and nurses are very compassionate and take good care. The activities are nice and i enjoy talking to the staff when I visit. This is a great place and i’m so happy I found it.

Five, all the way through!!! The staff was wonderful and treated my mom very well. We were very glad that we chose your place for my mom's last couple years of her life.

We moved mom to Brookdale 3 weeks ago! She has had the best time there! There’s bingo and all sorts of games through out the day and evening! They have a store and a beauty salon ! So she never needs to leave the community!

Brookdale Sleepy Hollow is the best place! It’s always so fun and exciting! A great place for your loved one!! The food is wonderful and all the residents seem so happy! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and we’re looking forward to Christmas at The Brookdale!

My sister had been living in another facility for almost 10 years. Conflict of interest left me no option but to move her .It was a very stressful experience, but the staff at Brookdale went above and beyond to make it happen. There has been quite a turnover in staff,which seems to be the norm,. They have taken so much stress from my life, can't thank them enough

The facility is lovely, and the staff are friendly and caring. The rooms are a good size. My mother enjoys the outings and musical entertainment. There is also a hair salon in the building.

I would definitely refer others. Your staff and Director were very kind and always available. We were attracted to them, ust being in Rockwall, when I think of Rockwall, I've always felt things there were, well, just "next level". And I believe it was.

Overall the experience has been great and the cleanliness is pretty good. The staff are wonderful and the quality of care is very good. Meals were great and flexibility of foods to fit mom's diet were fantastic. Mom did not really get into the activities. (Not facility fault). Best value in our area.

The staff is helpful and mostly very accommodating and attentive. You must be involved and persistent in following up, most staff are busy and don't return calls. Visit often and be involved. In general everyone is very pleasant.

Not sure how to answer the value for cost, it's expensive and cost increases every year. But I haven't comparison shopped. The staff is wonderful! They could use more activities but overall we would recommend this community to other families!

My brother received exceptional service at Brookdale. Every staff member we worked with was superb. The care was expensive, but the value was great. Based on the experience we have had, we would absolutely recommend this community to others!
