Bonaventure

We have looked at 9 other communities Olympic place had what my parents wanted large apartments with walk in closets lots of storage and a huge, covered deck. They wanted a 2 bed 2 bath that felt like a home and it is perfect. Thank you, a place, for mom we love you for your help. Amazing location in Arlington WA.

Faced with a diagnosis of Cancer I spent time, from afar, looking for a place where my nephew could live with dignity, in comfort, and have access to services(food , transportation, activities and assistance with medical needs) to ease his days ahead. The staff at Bonaventure went out of their way to do a virtual tour and in-person tour to preview the beautiful facility. As my nephew was trying to make a decision of where and when to move, the staff was unbelievably kind in communicating with him and checking in with me to check on his progress toward a move to Bonaventure. They even helped me find a moving company. My nephew's condition took a sudden turn for the worse necessitating hospital care. The staff continued to keep in touch with me and with my nephew, offering a humane understanding of a difficult health journey. I am grateful to know that there are places and people in the Medford community who offer kindness and caring, and the prospect of a nurturing environment.

My mom absolutely LOVES Bonaventure! It is just the perfect place! What our family likes the most about the Bonaventure of Gresham community, is the personal attention she gets and the best of all they were able to write her card plan so she was able to get her long term care insurance!!

Too good to be true! The staff at Cedar Ridge have all been consistently friendly and helpful and my father has really come to life. They were able to welcome him and make him feel right at home from minute one. My mom is always friendly, she's easy. The housekeeping seems to be very consistent. I haven't seen any concerns. Communication with the family has been amazing. My mom has been a little shy about taking up all the offers that they have. They've stepped in to make it even easier. They do not like every single meal however, the chef has come out and visited with them on a regular basis and it really is amazing food for the most part. The salad bar is wonderful, so they get their fresh fruits and vegetables every day. They love soup, and the soups are always good. They are not hungry! I wasn't involved with the move in process, but it went okay. The facility staff were amazing, according to those that were there. I would recommend Cedar Ridge to others. Hey, I would move in!

When we toured the Bonaventure of Gresham community the food was really good, but since it has gone downhill due to the employee turnover in the dining room. There is just a turnover in the dining room.

We had an in person tour experience with Bonaventure of Salmon Creek, and the community was very clean and the staff members we met with were friendly. Overall a great tour experience.

My parents moved into the assisted side of the facility about 2 months ago. The staff and management have been great as my parents have been adjusting to the move from their home of 50+ years. [name removed] in activities has helped my parents get involved in the community and make friends. The care givers are great with my parents, right now they aren't needing alot of help, but it's nice to know they are there just in case. My parents had chosen this place because of how lively the community feels throughout the day. There has been a lot of parties, events, and entertainment since they moved in which is huge for my parents.

The overall experience with The Iris Memory Care and Retirement Cottages was good. We do hope to use them again in the future, it was a good value

The staff at Bonaventure of Lacey Senior Living is wonderful, friendly, helpful and kind. The food quality and variety is very good. The housekeeping and cleanliness is excellent. They have a great variety of activities every single week. Our only drawback so far has been some of the staff shortages at times (which seems to be in line with the current economy). However, overall the care has been excellent. Requests for assistance are usually prompt. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

They have their memory care plans out for the public to view. The activities program and different life stations look phenomenal. Truely a one of a kind memory care. I cant wait to see the finished product!

Great facility, staff are easy to work with, very attentive to residents. We picked this community, for our loved one because of the availability of memory care room available, size of one bedroom apartments rather than a studio size apartment, comfortable with decor and appearance of place, programs offered, and the location. In addition, it was also the staff friendliness, staff ratio, and services offered.

I would recommend to others most definitely. They do not seem to a high rate of turnover with staff with I like...helps with people with my mom with memory issues. Nice to see same faces and names. They are clean and have friendly staff and care services. Meals are good. I think they have good activities although my mom doesn't participate in them. Value for cost is hard for me to rate because they are all inordinately expensive in my personal opinion but I would say comparing to others they are good.

I am happy and comfortable living independently here at Bonaventure Tri-Cities. The food is good quality, and I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff.

I feel they do a great job and the best they can as staff in this area is hard to keep! They do have great people there! My dad won't do any of the activities, but they try very hard to encourage him to participate.

The overall experience so far has been excellent. The cleanliness of the community is very good and the friendliness of the staff members are excellent. The quality of care services provided is very good, and the meals and dining service is good. Our loved one is unable to feed herself or get up so she is read to and assisted in eating. The memory care takes more patience and caring for than the overall general residents. And the care taker staff and general staff is among the best I have experienced. I have had experience with three other facilities in the pass one where my mother was in and one I regularly visited in my high school days

We felt that my brother was in a good place. He was the youngest resident, by a lot, but he made friends with other residents and with the staff. The facilities are well maintained, and the director takes a lot of pride in the facility. The staff was always quick to respond to my text or phone calls. The dining room was great. Residents had menus, and got to choose the food they wanted at each meal. There were also snacks available at different times of the day. I have recommended Spring Creek to other people. My brother moved out only because he could no longer live in assisted living.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community. I feel the caregivers genuinely care about the residents in the community. Everyone seems friendly. There are meals and activities provided. This is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

5 stars in all areas! We chose Oswego Place initially because they had openings, they were flexible for tour and move in date and it was a Clean environment and friendly staff. The staff were accessible and accommodating to work with family member despite difficult situations. Communication was excellent. I would recommend Oswego Place to others.

Our family had an in person tour with Bonaventure of Salem, and we thought all of the staff members were very friendly and did a great job showcasing what they had to offer.

The 1-bedroom apartments are quite large with a small kitchenette. Living room, bedroom, and bathroom are quite large with tons of storage/closet space. They offer free laundry facilities on each floor. Very friendly and responsive staff. Daily activities and meal menus are posted each morning. A beautiful shared outdoor patio area with flowers and bird feeders. It's quite a lovely place.
