The staff is wonderful. Very caring and helpful. I'm not sure about the activities as my mom refuses to join in. The food seems good, but my mom doesn't eat much, and she tells me it's good. The cleanliness is very good. Her room seems to be a perfect size. They are very good about letting me know how my mom is doing, and informs me of any issues she might be having. I'm very pleased with the care they are providing to my mom.

I moved my mother from another facility because I was unhappy with the care she was getting. This location has the most caring staff. I haven’t met one uncaring person. My has dementia and is treated gently and with dignity.

Food is good. Staff is good. I am never there during the weekdays so I don't know about the activities. The room is fine. The clothes are my only issue. He sometimes has someone else's clothes on and I went to see him yesterday and his shirt was very stretched out around his collar and had a hole in it. I went to get him a few new shirts and I am going to order him some slippers or shoes.

The staff tried hard to engage [name removed] in activities at the home. He enjoyed the meals and was starting to eat better. That was important because he had lost weight

I wasn't sure what to think when I first pulled up to the community it is old and could use a facelift.[Name Removed] did let me know currently undergoing a renovation. They're starting with the residence areas first. staff was great everyone was engaged with the residents the rooms are great size overall I was pleasantly surprised with my experience.

I am a provider and I have seen how the staff interact with the residents there. They show care and compassion to the residents. The staff display good communication skills and keep providers informed of pertinent concerns regarding the residents.

Was very impressed with staff, management, cleanliness, were very caring, attentive to my wife, went to hand held food when she couldn't eat with utensils. Kept her on 30 minutes check up because of her falling. Called me every instance. Only got to stay there for 7 weeks, till she passed. Manager- [name removed] was an angel to me, will never forget her.

Staff is very caring and appear to be happy they are at work. Unusual right?

I just really enjoyed the more open space for my MIL at Best Care. The other places we looked at were either one or two hallways at an assisted living facility. [name removed] was so nice and very helpful. The location was perfect too. The cost was more affordable as well. So far, everything and everyone has been great. It took her some time to settle in but she's exactly where she needs to be.

Whenever my husband was taken to the hospital I was told in a timely manner about it. [name removed] handled the admission very well and put me at ease about the care on the day before Christmas when she was supposed to have the day off. She took the time to put me at ease

5 stars, fabulous personal attention, staff was great, cleanliness was superb. I felt very comfortable there leaving my wife there until she passed.

Best Care truly lives up to its name. The loving, tailored care my mom receives every single day is something I am deeply grateful for. The attention, kindness, and genuine compassion shown to her are absolutely priceless and bring our family so much peace of mind. Beyond the exceptional care, the community itself is full of life. There are fun, engaging activities both on-site and off-site that keep everyone involved. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful work you do and for treating residents like family. Your dedication does not go unnoticed. :)

The staff at Best Care have been truly outstanding in the way they care for my grandma. Every person we encounter is warm, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, which brings our family so much peace of mind. The facility itself is always clean and welcoming, and the lively activities keep the residents engaged. Most importantly, my grandma is happy. She has made so many friends and feels cared for, included, and at home, and that means everything to us.

I absolutely love it there for my father. The executive director is so responsive as well as all the caregivers. My father adjusted so well to the change which generally in the past he has not. The activity director is amazing and she really encourages involvement in all activities which I am extremely grateful for. Initially I was so nervous about the move and I am grateful that I made the change.

They are superior as their name indicates I would recommend anyone to them I loved working with them their staff was great top to bottom and couldn't say enough good things about them

You will find a personal touch at this facility that helps give you the comfort knowing your loved one is cared for. There were many of the staff that were so loving toward my mom and I knew she appreciated them for it.

The staff treat residents with genuine compassion and respect, creating a date warm and family like environment. The community is clean and welcoming. I am so grateful

During the week, they seem to do many activities that get them either moving or participating. My mom spends alot of time there, so she tells me about it. I also see things daily on their FB page. I also notice that they have guests come in often, music, students to do nails, makeup, etc.

The staff takes a special interest in the residents. [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] really watch out for my loved one. I am informed by phone and when visiting on how she is faring. The facility is spotless. Any ALF or nursing home has a distinct smell but never at this facility. It is always smelling fresh and clean. The food prep and choice is very good. My loved one is encouraged to participate in activities and exercises. She is thriving as far as I’m concerned. Her weight is up, attitude is good and she is smiling and laughing. Many thanks to the staff.
