Avamere

I'm more happier here than anywhere I've ever been and I plan on staying here the rest of my life! The staff are so nice to me and they treat me so good. The activities are pretty fun too. They have bingo, BBQs, and a party for everyone's birthday. It's like one continuous party here all the time, they keep us busy and entertained. My apartment is the perfect space for me. I have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and a kitchen with a big fridge that makes ice. I'm really happy here!

Our tour guide was friendly and informative, saw all the options for housing and all the tremendous amenities. Our lunch following was tasty and attractive. The staff that we met were friendly and welcoming

This was a nice community but my loved one liked another community and we went with it.

This is a great place to go. The staff provides wonderful communication with the family and residents. They even call with any questions they may have. They even were able to make the transition of my loved one an easy one into the community.

Our family had a virtual tour and the lady who gave the tour was fantastic. Even on the virtual tour we could see her speaking to residents as we were shown the community which we really appreciated. A very friendly atmosphere but at the time they only had a one bedroom.

We chose Avamere because we were referred by a friend from church, they had a nice little space off of the dining room where you can have little get togethers, and the facility itself is very newly remodeled and clean. They have a menu with choices, if the residents do not want what is being served they are able to make them something else. Her room is very nice and spacious, she has got a kitchenette and a private bathroom. I really like the staff they are wonderful. The director [name removed] is awesome and she is there even on her days off and always reachable. They have plenty of activities provided for residents to participate in. They always have med techs who are on staff to give people their medicine or if people need any type of help. Residents get necklaces and if they need help they push that and someone comes to assist them. They do have transportation available if needed, the busses take the residents to doctors appointments, grocery shopping, or just little fun trips. Mom is very happy here and I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

All the staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. Lots of unique and fun activities. The apartments are large and attractive. The people that live here are friendly and happy.

This community was okay it just seemed to be understaffed.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They have a warm, and welcoming environment for residents. The staff are wonderful to work with and accommodating for the residents.

Two months ago they got a new head coordinator and she is terrific.They do activities like bingo everyday and I think that they could add a few more versatile activities for everyone. I would recommend this community based off of what you want and can afford. Value wise this was the best, this community is clean and you feel comfortable walking around feeling welcomed.

This is the perfect place for my loved one. The staff all get to know each resident and take great care of them.. The residents consider all community. The employees are patient, kind, and great at what they do. It seems like they enjoy what they do and they seem happy here.

I moved my brother into Avamere 1 1/2 years ago and it has been fantastic. He now has help remembering to take his pills, his room gets a weekly cleaning, his bed sheets are changed every week and he gets the care and attention he needs. Instrumental to his successful move is a lady named [name removed]. She visited him in his apartment to confirm he would fit into the Avamere community, arranged a personal tour of Avamere and made sure the facilities people were available while he moved in to hang his TV and hook up his computer. She also introduced him to all the staff and residents at the first available time. Cassie continues to answer all my questions and function as a resource for services and support for me and my brother, usually answering questions within an hour if not immediately. She is a huge asset to the Avamere company and will make your move very stress free. I highly recommend Avamere at Park Place if you are looking for a nicely kept facility for senior living.

Our experience with Avamere at Moses Lake has been simply outstanding! Despite living out of state, we have been able to coordinate everything over the phone. The staff has gone above and beyond to personally ensure a smooth transition for our parents into their new home. Our parents feel like they have new best friends with the staff at Avamere, and so do we!

I very much enjoyed my tour with marketing Representative. [name removed] went above and beyond to help place my mom. I immediately felt a warm family friendly environment that my mom would be cared for and loved. Many fun activities too!! The entire staff is awesome!! Mom’s excited to move forward and make new memories with friends that make you feel like family. I personally feel confident and happy mom will enjoy her new home.

The staff has been very supportive and very caring throughout the last year with the pandemic. yesterday was the first time we have been able to visit in the past year and we have to say the community is clean and well kept.

This is a good community, good service, takes great care of the residents, and a good price.

Great food. Staff is fun, friendly, and treats us so well.
