I would recommend people live here. The overall experience is great and residents are very welcoming. The few issues with certain staff are somewhat manageable as long as you don't have to deal with those people which in most cases you won't. I really do like living here and am glad I moved here.

The staff members at Atria Rancho Mirage are the best, they are very friendly and helpful. Based on the experience we have had with this community we have already recommended this community and will continue to recommend them.

[name removed] is the best!!! [name removed] was also great. The staff was very friendly and gave good care. The nursing assistants were great. [name removed] at the front desk was great. Some of the nurses were good.

I would say it's good for older people who want to remain in the city and have local family support. I would warn them to do a complete investigation of what Atria provides vs. the care they need. This is not a medical facility and they won't even take your blood pressure. If you fall, they're not allowed to pick you up and will call the EMTs and you'll probably go to the hospital even if you're not injured. The medical team consists of an LPN and aides that are not even CNAs. If you're pretty independent, it's a great place.

Atria life guidance is a good place for Alzheimers residents. The staffis very patient and compassionate. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is the shortage of staff. Sometimes there is only one caregiver in the unit. I like the rooms and I love the garden.

The staff at Atria Cranford are very caring and compassionate. Everyone from the director to the kind aides in Memory Care are there to help our loved one and work with us if we have questions or need advice. During the time period we were looking at various facilities, we were happy with the staff to resident ratio and the relationship the staff seemed to have with the residents at Atria.

Atria Seville is a great place and they took terrific care of our loved one. Based on the experience w had with me, we would recommend them to other families who made need a place for their loved ones.

There has been a lot of staff turnover as of late, so a lot of newcomers and then the newcomers leave and more newcomers It makes it very difficult for residence to be more known by their caretakers and develop better relationships with their caretakers I have also found lapses in some basic things such as laundry The good thing is that when it is pointed out, it typically is addressed, but it does require staying on top of it Recently a change of ownership of Sage has occurred, and the transition was very bumpy. Very poor communication and substantial increases in cost. It created such an uproar that they caused on increasing the costs.

They were very good. I would recommend to others.

The people are very friendly, the activities are great and the cost is good. I will also say that their maintenance staff is a little slow on getting to repairs and their office staff do not return calls very well.

Our biggest issue is that atria will not employ a bag from a catheter. All other facilities will do this. If my dad gets another one then we might need to move. Even the Atria in [state removed] will do this My father likes intellectually challenging discussions. They have very few speakers come in and the ones that come in are pretty basic.

Would absolutely recommend to others. It's very friendly and peaceful. Beautiful grounds. The only complaint is it takes a long time to get meals and they are frequently not very warm. I think they need more wait staff. The food is good however.

Very friendly kind staff. Management responsive to requests, generally answers calls and emails within reasonable time. Small facility which allows for staff to know residents and residents to know staff. Though my mom complains about the food, we have found the food to be quite acceptable. Room sizes are very nice! My mom has a studio with a kitchenette, has room for a few chairs, night stand, dresser, closet. We have peace of mind esp knowing that it is small facility everyone knows us and her, very kind and we feel being cared for. (She doesn't need much help at all so I can't speak for a lot of personal care just med management)

Quiet community, with transportation available for outings, peaceful community, residents seem to be a happy neighborhood together, activities available for those interested, sorry staff available, Doctor comes to residence routinely to make house calls.

Overall, it is not bad here. However, the price is very expensive and with a $[removed] per month increase at the end of the first year and no change in service was very hard to take. The equipment repairs and maintenance could be better, like washing machines out of service and old heat and air conditioning. No assigned parking space for a vehicle, you never know if a space will be available when you return.

The beginning is difficult for everyone adjusting to a new environment and chapter of life. Once everyone has learned to adapt to the new environment it's better. As the child make sure you visit of talk several times per week, have dinner with them, take them out if possible keep your parents as active as possible inside the assisted living area and outside.

Overall, I would recommend Atria Park of Lynbrook to other families looking.

Overall we've been satisfied with my parents living there. There are always going to be times where you're not happy with something but that's anywhere. They do seem to have a high turn over rate with staff so it's hard to know who is doing what and when.

When I arrived at Atria Summit Ridge I had just broken my shoulder, I received immediate care and continue to get great care everyday. I love the activities. I like puzzles, bingo, and all card games that we do here. I love my room and how it is setup to be functional for my wheelchair. I love the ambiance of the walls and the windows that outlook to the outside. The large windowsill allows for plants, books, keepsakes, and art work. I could not be any happier!

After several falls, trips to ER, Atria refused to take her back, saying they did not have adequate staff, especially at night, to ensure her safety. She ended up in hospice/memory care at [name removed] which was SUPERB. Mother liked almost everything about Atria. Staff was first rate. Food was excellent. Clean. Friendly. I felt they were really striving to improve after a couple of lean years. But they got caught in the staffing crisis that has affected every similar facility. They were completely transparent with us.
