Comfort Keepers has been wonderful to my father. They are quick to help in a pinch and professional and friendly. They figured out just the personality that would match my dad and we really enjoyed working with them.

Home instead was professional and friendly. They worked closely with us to make a transition from assisted living to memory care much easier on all concerned. We could count on them to follow the schedule we created together and be flexible with changes as they occcured. We very much enjoyed working with Home Instead and would recommend them highly.

Senior Helpers has been an exceptionally helpful service. The caregivers and staff have all been very friendly and professional, and the flexibility they offer is great. They're always able to accommodate any extra time, or a la carte services, that I might need, even on weekends, holidays, etc. They're very easy to work with and get in touch with, and the pricing is very fair.

Senior Helpers Westford does a great job providing compassionate in home care. I have worked with Jim personally and highly recommend their services. quality people providing a quality service.

They were good, they were friendly, and we had some consistency of caregivers, so there weren't always different people coming out. The staff was knowledgable and responsive. There isn't anything we would have done differently or had improved. This was in home hospice so cleanliness and activities don't apply.

We are very happy with them they have been very nice and knowledgeable. They are able to accommodate for the varied schedule we have. We have different people on different days, but that works for us. We have not really had any problems with people showing up late or not showing up. This is home care so cleanliness and activities do not applyl.

They have six or seven office personnel, different people for different things, if you want to call or cancel you talk to one person and if there is a problem then you speak to whoever is in charge of that. They do not take credit cards but they do send a thorough bill every two weeks. We have the same two people come on a regular basis, and they are easy to speak with and very caring. They let me know that things are ok and whether or not my loved one is happy. They have called every time it snowed, the day before so I can make arrangements. I am not allowed to call the caregiver, you have to call the office, they want to know everything the caregiver knows, in some ways this is good and in other ways it can be frustrating.

They have done a very good job. They are about average in price. The caregivers are friendly, and we get the same people to come out. There haven't been any problems with people being late or not showing up. The caregivers are knowlegeable and reliable. There isn't really anything I can think of that can be approved.

They did an excellent job of matching her up with a caregiver that meets her needs. We had three different caregivers and they were all good. They were a pretty good price compared to others we saw. They had the ability to match personalities.

They sent us plenty of great information. They have been very helpful. The staff is friendly and informative.

A bit of background on myself, so that you may know where my review is coming from- I am a Nursing Supervisor in a very large Atlanta hospital . I manage over 300 RN's, LPN's, Patient Care Techs, and Surgical Techs on a daily basis. My review of Home Care Assistance service comes not only from an emotional place, but from my daily professional experience. Our family has found the service to be incredibly professional, attentive, and thorough. All aspects of our experience have been exceptional. This was our first time needing a caregiver and all of our questions were answered quickly and follow up was superb. The Assistants assigned to our Father are top notch and he is thriving under their care. I cannot recommend this service enough. From a professional and emotional standpoint, Home Care Assistance Service cannot be beat.

The company has sent the very best care giver we could ever imagine. This woman, Gail Thompson, and my mother got off to a great start which continues still. She has given mom some of her confidence back. They cook, eat and sometimes play Scrabble, cards, etc together. My family is so grateful for the choice that Home Instead made to match our mom. I can't thank Griswold Home Care enough for their support in helping us find the best solution for our loved one. We had immediate response from Kelly and were able to set up a time to meet and get someone started with in home care very quickly. The relief this has brought us as a family has been huge. We know our loved one is safe, and she is VERY happy with her caretaker. The Griswold team is extremely knowledgable and they genuinely care about the families they support. Thank you again.

Service has been good so far. The caregivers have been friendly and competent, and we haven't run into any issues with scheduling. Due to our location caregivers are only available on certain days of the week, so if they could expand that it would be nice. Mom can be difficult to work with, but they'd been very accommodating.

I wanted them to be there for my wife in case she fell and to help her to the bathroom and they did that. It came down to money and another service was less expensive.

If needed I would use them agian. Very professional but friendly. They had a relaxed atmosphere, they were helpful because when you go through this for the first time you don't know which way was up. I chose them because of how quickly I got a response. Pricing was pretty much the same for everywhere I checked.

ComForcare is awesome! The value is tremendous and the care is top notch. my sister and i are tremendously pleased. My mom has dementia that is moderate. Medically she's pretty good but she needs someone to keep her company, engage with her, and look out for her in terms of safety and meals. Her care is less medically focused than what others might need but for us, our caregiver is perfect! My mom adores her. We could not be happier. She's extremely reliable and very contentious in attending to my mom. She really pays attention and watches my mom to see what she needs because my mom might not necessarily say she's cold but her caregiver pays attention and notices when my mom needs something. I can tell she genuinely likes my mom. We're extremely pleased! We've had to have a sub a few times and they are so on top of that. One of the top people always escorts the new person to the home to orient them. They're always on time and they really work to provide continuity of care which means a lot to us.

I don't have any problems with Griswold at all. They take care of my mom. My dad is 94 so he's there too, but he can't help as much. They interact with my mom, feed her, give companionship, and do activities. Griswold is just a supplement to what me and my sister can do. My dad uses another service for himself, and I like Griswold better.

We have had problems with the caretakers and they handled it. We didn't even have to complain. They did a follow up and came to the house and listened to what we were saying about the caretaker and they took care of it. I can't say anything bad about them. We have a wonderful care taker now. They even said that if this one didn't work out they would go through people until we found someone. She does almost everything. My mother can't do anything for herself physically. She is pretty much bedridden. Our caretaker bathes her in bed. She does her hair, changes her bed. She is really wonderful. She gives her lunch. She does whatever we ask for.

We have one girl and I would give her beyond a five. She's fantastic. For what I needed it was hard to find a service that could help because I only needed two hours a day so every other place was like 3 hours minimum. With Right At Home I got what I wanted at a fair price. The caregiver is giving my mom a shower, she'll do her nails, she'll do her hair, she'll do just about anything I want her to. She does some physical therapy with her and gets her walking. Most importantly she talks to her. The whole time she's here the two of them are chatting away. I'm very fortunate to have her. My mother lives with me and I work in the mornings so I just needed the support a few times a week. They were able to give me what I needed. I really takes the burden off me.
