After several phones conversations and a personal meeting, our family is very comfortable and confident with the services offered by Help in Home. The owner, Steve Boyd, and his organization are a perfect match for our upcoming needs.

The first gal we had was outstanding on everything. She was friendly, respectful, helpful, etc. The second girl they sent out did the work, but was not as friendly or sociable. She was very nice and did what we expected her to do, but I was just hoping for a little more engagement like with the first one. Both of them were very good and helpful though and overall everything with Comfort Keepers has been a very positive experience.

They are very good with following up on any questions and being very good with communication. They care giver that they have given to help us out has been wonderful. They also helped us out a lot to get things sorted out with our insurance. Everything about Griswold Special Care has been great and I would highly recommend them.

I have been very happy with all the people at Assisting Hands, all the way from the people that make the appointments to the people that come out to the house and provide the care. It is a bit if a stretch for me to afford it, but it is important that my husband gets the care that they need, and the care that they provide is superb. I would highly recommend them.

Everything has gone very well with the Senior Helpers service so far! The caregivers they've sent have been very attentive and communicative, and we really appreciate how well they keep us in the loop regarding the status of our loved one. They've been very reliable, we haven't had any issues with tardiness or scheduling.

So far its an expertly run organization. They go through great lengths to make sure that the caregivers that they send are highly skilled. They also made the process extremely easy. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I can't rate the cleanliness or the activities because it is not applicable. The caregivers are sent to my home. Overall, this is an excellent agency. I would recommend it to anyone.

They are very flexible and kind. They are willing to do what we ask. Were happy with everyone. A Homemade Plan has been very great. The care givers do a great job.

I have really had a great experience with Synergy Homecare. This was my first experience with having to use a care service, so I was a little apprehensive at first. They were very reassuring and the owners gave me the confidence that the care givers would be great, and they really have been.

Carepoint is really fantastic! They have swapped out caregivers a few times, but they are very willing to work with us to make sure we have care givers that work well for mom. The first caregiver that they sent out was really excellent. I wish she could come every day, but unfortunately that is not possible. The others are good too though, and really everything overall has been a very positive experience.

We've had a great experience with Home Helpers! They have been extremely accommodating and flexible throughout the whole experience. Any time we've needed assistance on short notice they have come through for us.

Every experience, from the initial interview to the provision of services, has been top shelf. The caretakers especially assigned to my mom, after a thorough analysis of her circumstances, are skilled, qualified, and very lovely people. My mom is delighted. Michael LaVigne came out to do an assessment & dazzled Mom with his charm, good looks & snappy wardrobe. He impressed me with his commitment, dedication & care in service. The CNA selected was a perfect fit! She is mature, intelligent & perfectly capable of operating with minimal supervision. A quick study & self-starter. Although we've only had 2 encounters, I am very much pleased as the daughter of the client! :-)
