I contacted several agencies looking for a male caregiver for my uncle , Austine HomeCare showed up within 2 hours and with the perfect person for the job, i worked with [name removed] on paperwork , very flexible with hours and last minute changes, really nice people who came through for us , i will highly recommend their agency.

My grandmother suffered a stroke 3 months after my grandfather passed. Both myself and my mom, who are the only local family, work full time. We turned to Home Instead for help in caring for her and we are so glad that we did! The caregivers are compassionate and treat her like they would their own family. The office staff has been a blessing too! They are so supportive. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone!

Griswold has exceeded our expectations. We changed to Griswold because we were not happy with other agencies in the past. Griswold staff did not hesitate to begin care, answer our questions or make us feel we were bothering them in anyway. They are very welcoming! [name removed],our caregiver, is fantastic! He takes wonderful care of my husband and is very helpful in the home. When [name removed] was not able to be with my husband, the staff was quick to find a replacement. the replacement was as wonderful as [name removed].

We have dealt with other agencies in the past but Griswold Home Care- Plano exceeded our expectations. We used Griswold to care for my wife when I was having 2 surgeries. The follow up after my first surgery was excellent and consistent. They stayed in touch to make sure all was well after the second surgery and complications. The care for my wife during my recovery was wonderful. We had a peace of mind that Valerie was in good hands and the office had everything under control while I was recovering.

My mom had a massive stroke after living independently for her whole life. When she was admitted to subacute rehab, I knew she would not be able to advocate for herself well and the team from Choice came to our rescue. They are always professional, respectful, detailed and truly caring of my mom and my whole family. Now that she is discharged from the hospital, they care for her around the clock and in the same fashion. All the caregivers are eager to do things and not just be passive assistants. And if someone is new to caring for my mom, they double up until the new person is completely comfortable with her complex care. I am so relieved to work with such an exceptional group of caregivers.

The people with Home Companion Services were absolutely lovely. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so nice, and the woman she sent to the house, [Removed], was incredible. She was so kind, extremely professional, and she did everything. She was there 24 hours a day, and she was so good keeping everything under control.

This agency has come out to my sister-in-law's home to help her with her daily needs. They come out as we need them to. The caregivers do a good job and are well trained. They will help her with errands, cooking, driving. Sometimes will help with a shower. They always showed up on time. I would recommend this agency.

We have had a great experience with carebridge. All of the aides they have sent have been competent. They may be a little more pricier but worth it. We went with a cheaper agency prior to them and they were not as good.

mom had temporary sitter for 2 weekends while she got stronger and was able to walk alone (I had to work). She loved having someone to help her and someone else to talk to besides me. She received great help....
