First, I want to thank [name removed] personally for visiting me in the hospital September 16th and expertly enroll me in your home care services. Your kindness and efficiency speaks well for the position you presently are holding in your organization. Good work! Second, your CNA [name removed] was an excellent choice. He was thoughtful, kind and preformed his duties to help me recuperate nicely. I would highly recommend this agency for home health care as they are professional and caring.

[names removed] were exceptional with my father. We couldn’t have made it through after his surgery without them. They were kind and dependable and treated him and my family like we were part of their family.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. When I had issues with the insurance company they stepped up to the plate and helped me get things straightened out. I do need to change schedules once in a while and they are very flexible with that.

I would say that I am satisfied with it. I feel good about moving my friend to the Broadmoor memory care home.

My overall experience with Care Now Service was excellent, [name removed], was helpful kind and her patience was unbelievable I will recommend to everyone I know. We need more workers like [name removed]. Thank you.

Excellent experience and my mom is responding well. Administratively, clear business model which honors the caregiver. Responsive to my mom's specific needs and wants. Helps her to optimize her capabilities. Provides guidance and support as if she is with a good friend exercising good judgment.

One caretaker in particular has gotten my husband to do exercises. They are very reliable and have caring personnel. They have never left us without a caretaker. <Name removed> charged for hours when we didn't have a caretaker. The owner was rude.

A lot of agencies we contacted were not very flexible on the number of hours, number of days per week, etc. But Home Instead listened to our specific needs, found someone who could fit those needs, and we have been very happy with their help. They are friendly to Mom, provide the help she needs, and it has been a great experience for us!

[name removed] is a wonderful caregiver. She has connected with our mother and is a great addition to our routine. We have asked her to increase the number of days she stays with our mother over the next month to accommodate our need for additional help during a vacation. I would recommend "Medical Concerns" highly.

My parents needed a caregiver to help with my dad. She was wonderful , assisting with his adls and providing relief for my mother Both greatly benefited ! I would highly recommend this agency. They were very proactive and made sure weekly to give my family updates on the care. Very reassuring since we lived out of the area

Anita was very kind, courteous and professional when she assisted me with showers once a weed in my home. I found her to be very helpful as I healed and progressed from two surgeries and she was certainly very appreciated by me. I hope Endeavor appreciates what an asset they have in this lady as a care giver. [name removed]

I live out of town and am the POA for my sister who lives in Shoreline. I'm so thankful for the staff of the Mountlake Terrace Home Instead! My sister has dementia and lives in a memory care facility. Home Instead has provided consistent regular companionship for over a year, taking her out twice a week. Her companion has such compassion and patience. The way she redirects my sister is so very professional. The daily written summary that I can easily access, helps me know what's going on. Thank you! You are a God-send and such a blessing to our family!

The care giver works well with my husband, they come by and check on him, and they also ask how I'm doing and if need anything. I would recommend their services

My mom was only able to have one visit before she was hospitalized but everyone with home instead was great, and helpful. We only had one day of care before my mom was hospitalized but everyone was great from start to finish

The staff at Home Instead is genuinely kind and caring. They are always attentive to my mother’s needs and I feel confident in their ability to care for her. Any questions I may have are always answered immediately. I highly recommend them!

5 for everything as they are great . The staff are always accessible and take extra time to ensure quality of care even if not being paid for extra visits. They truly care about their clients.

[name removed] is such a blessing to have helping Mom and she is just an all-around person who is kind and thoughtful and goes out of her way to help Mom. I think that speaks a lot about the company and who the people they hired to take care of elderly people. My hats off to them.
