The other agencies where not interested in the short term care that I needed. I would recommend them.

We are using overnight stay. Some people will not be asked to come back. I would recommend to others.

I think the owner was wonderful, friendly and would do everything in her power to find the right fit for your loved one. The hard part is finding good people that's willing to take care of your loved one, be their companion and do some light housework to help out the family. Places like Happy at Home were very helpful to me and gave me peace of mind knowing mom wasn't alone while I was working.

[name removed]the supervisor/manager of the care staff is the nicest person! He has always tried his best to be accommodating and tries to find a good match between the caregiver and recipient. He is a very positive guy and all of the caregivers have been nice and friendly.

The office staff was very attentive to our questions and needs. They just need to make sure they get a patient care plan set up so the aides know what is expected. They have a team that covers for call offs, which is wonderful, especially for late call offs

For the most part taking care of my husband was their main focus. That is the reason I had a caregiver. I did not need help with anything else even though it was offered. Most of the time the caregiver was reliable and adjusted to a flexible schedule.

Administrative Staff is very responsive. Our caregivers were timely, pleasant and patient. Mostly reactive (if you ask they will do) but not extremely proactive . We were pleased over all.

You all are very quick and reliable with notifications and bills. I do think my mother enjoys having [name removed] there.

The caretaker was courteous and helpful. My mom wished she would have been a little more proactive which prevented me from Putting down a rating of 5. Overall they were still quite happy.

A good group to work with. We are happy with the care mom is getting. Considerate, conscientious and respectful. Our caregiver is very conscientious and does a good job of keeping us informed of mom's situation.

There has been a lot of turnover recently among the caregivers. [name removed], my mother's favorite left to move back home. Not been the same level since.

Most of the caregivers are experienced, caring & work well to try to accommodate the needs of my mother. There have been a few caregivers that did not work out well due to inexperience & lack of work ethic. The management staff are professional, friendly & mostly willing to work with the family on various requests or issues as needed.

Overall experience: 4 Friendliness: 5 Quality of care: 3-3.5 this is very hard to evaluate because my mother resisted everything her caregivers attempted to do for her. It is our consensus, with so much resistance and no positive affirmation, over time they probably stopped trying. I think we have probably all found ourselves in that position at some point in our careers Administration: 5 [name removed] could not have been more helpful Value for the money: 4 One other point I want to mention is there was never a time, whether it was daytime, evening, or weekend that Tara didn't answer our call/text or respond almost immediately. That was definitely something we loved about Cornerstone!

Our family has found in-home care preferable to a facility. Mom is in her home of 60+ years with the full attention of a single person, rather than the constantly changing staff of a home. Her care is more personal and more personalized in every aspect of her care.

Elderly caregivers identified four or five candidates. We chose one and she has been with us for 3 months and seems to have settled in well. The key from my perspective is the caregiver and that they are compensated fairly and timely, that send to be the case.

I had them as my at home assistance. The administration staff/owner was excellent. The quality of care was a 4, they shuffled a few assistance workers thru my home right at first, but we settled in on one girl that was fantastic....I can't remember her name but she was awesome. The value for the money was very good. The girl would help with making lunch everyday making anything my wife wanted. Over all I would recommend them for in home care.

What we like the most about BrightStart is the accessibility, care , flexibility , patience about my scheduling. Caregiver helpful & very good! Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

This is a very good and caring service. The staff is professional and quite helpful. Management is very quick at responding to any questions or needs you may have.

I live out of state. And I'm here about every three months for a couple of weeks. What I've seen is that the women who have come to help my mother have been attentive and caring and generally seem like they've had experience before. My one criticism is last time I was here in February and also this time People have been unavailable on Sundays, which is one of the Home Instead days and they have had a hard time finding subs. So that would be my one criticism.
