Staff is amazing. The director keeps in touch with me about how my mom is doing. It's like a family member is keeping me updated. And literally everyone there is amazing and very caring Studio is a little small. Amenities are good and there are tons of activities.

The facility looks clean. The staff there are friendly and doing their best to attend to the residents' needs. The move-in process was quite easy and smooth. I can't comment on quality of the meals as I have not tasted any myself. I would, in general, recommend this place to others.

It is a newer place and quiet location and I am still learning, amazed all the activities they for the my mom and family activities. The facility has easy access from highway 99.

I picked this place due to quick availability.Pros:Very friendly, fast and easy sign up/ availability, has events, residents are like friends and has a sense of community, has meal services, has transportation. Cons: Rooms are very small and it's an issue for people in wheel chairs. Not enough room for a twin bed AND recliner chair. Have to choose. Meal options are not diabetic friendly. transportation does function as advertised. They go to certain places on certain days and if you don't sign up the slots get full easily. You have to get individual internet for each room and the community internet is spotty.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how the staff at Kingston Bay has rolled the red carpet out in getting my mom placed. They went over and above of making sure she would be comfortable and happy in her new home. My mother can’t believe how friendly the staff is and that everyone knows her name. I would not put my mom in a place where I wouldn’t live. This place exceeded my expectations as well as her’s. Thank you to the staff at Kingston Bay.

Sage is in my community where I live. I've heard a lot of negative things said about this place especially during the pandemic. They have new owners now and we have been very pleased so far especially with the good people that work there. It is a beautiful facility atop a mountain over looking the Conejo Valley. Food is good and activities are good too.

The move in process was very smooth and welcoming. There is good communication between family and staff. The meals are good. I would recommend The Landing at Carmichael to others. I do have one suggestion. Have rides available, other than once a week, to the local doctors. It is my understanding that the bus is available only one day a week.

My dad is a resident at Astoria at Oakdale and they are perfect! The staff are all very friendly and they have been helpful with anything that my dad has needed. I would choose Astoria if I needed a place to go! I would definitely recommend Astoria at Oakdale to others looking for Assisted Living for their loved ones.

The services they offered and the team work together with me in sharing the goals to assist in the care these elderly needed. To improve and help maintain their independence, welcoming holistic and or natural approaches if possible. The staff always look for ways to "spark" their brains to awake or remind them what they can do or could do. We also like they have OT/Pt on site and available.

I have to say I give everything a 5 so far. I am extremely pleased with them and the only issue is they need to hire a driver to take the residents places since their old one quit. Based on the experience we have had so far with Sage Mountain Senior Living, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

It was all very positive. The staff from top to bottom were very helpful. I will recommend it to family and friends who might need these services. In fact, I have a father-in-law who may need them in the future. We picked this community because of the quiet location, nice room, and fair price. Also, they had an on site medical through Pine Park Health, it was close to my home, good food, and friendly staff.

We toured CountryHouse Cedar Rapids when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. They were super nice at this facility! The facility is new and super clean. It has nice rooms. This facility is beautiful! We were impressed.

The staff members at the community are super friendly and the residents love them. When it comes to the meals, I have eaten several meals on the assisted-living side and it was very good cleaned my plates. The activities for memory care are outstanding. They have something going on all the time. Flower arranging pet therapy, karaoke exercise, Zumba I love particularly that they load the patience in the bus most weekdays at 3 PM and take them sightseeing. They just drive around sometimes to see the lakes the mountains, the parks, and most recently, Kearney mansion. I visited probably 10 memory care facilities, and chose this Kingston Bay as the highest rated by me. I recommend it.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community. The community is clean when we go visit our loved one. The staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly. There are meals and activities provided for the residents. Overall we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Our mother currently lives at The Terraces at Via Verde memory care in their Enriched Assisted Living. We love the community. The staff are absolutely great, and every single staff member is extremely friendly!

We had a great experience with Country House. We picked this community, because of the nice room, proximity to my work, and hospitality. There was good reviews by people I know as well. They were all very caring and kind. Always seemed very concerned about mom's care. I have and will recommend CountryHouse to others.

I would say it's a very good value, and the staff is exceptional. I do have an issue with the breakfast though, because those have changed and it seems like there's not really a breakfast being served.

We picked this community, because of the distance, convenience, cost, and service/value. It's a good facility, with friendly staff, who are attentive to residents. I would recommend to others. Again, the respite stay for mom was fine.

[My loved one] has improved 99% from the other facility. She can walk, with assistance now, and hasn't walked in over 2 1/2 years. She enjoys living at The Terraces, and is not fearful or scared as she was before.

Across the board, The Kensington Hastings was a great place for my Dad's respite stay. He received excellent care. They had a lot of activities and really good food. And the staff were awesome.
