I would say a 4, only because I wouldn't give anyone a five. They have been very friendly, professional and patient. Everyone there appears to like their job and enjoy the residents.

I have nothing to compare it with. This is all new to me. My overall experience, I've been very happy with the overall facility.. The people are very helpful. And I give the care people ALOT of credit for doing what they do....I was taking care of 1 person w/ dementia/Parkinson's/ sundowners/ Lewy bodies.... And i couldn't do it any more... they have a whole floor of them... I'm very grateful to them....The food looks really healthy, and they keep track of the different meals very well.... They have a lot of patience with these loved ones..... The activities are outstanding.... They have activities going on and off most of the day and the people enjoy getting together and doing the activities...Just to see smiles & laughter... The rooms, I think are good for what they use them for, sleeping... The 1 thing I'm a little disappointed in, is communication...Just that I was hoping that I could meet with the management or ones in charge after a week or to to hear overall how my person is doing...( When I'm not there) Or what I think of the facility. Or anything I need to bring him that he doesn't have or more of. Or medication that's gonna run out.... I ask the med tech, and the girls on the floor, but I just thought being new to get my options, or answer any questions I would have, not that I would have to track them down..... But again...that is just my thinking... This is all new to me... But I am very happy with the whole place overall... And other people I have brought to visit were as well happy & impressed...

Tons of daily activities. They do mystery drives during the week. Gardening and cooking each week. The backyard is amazing with a waterfall/pond. It feels very much like a backyard of a house. Staff is good. There has been some transition in the last few months and doesn't feel like it did when mom first moved in.

Clean, friendly staff, activities and interactions with residents a plus.

Overall-4 Staff -mostly friendly and helpful but understaffed, overworked. Directors - not always aware of their duties because their predecessors leave no instructions. Activities - card games, exercises, outings, movies, visiting entertainment There are mall pets allowed. It's Nice and has clean decor. They have good housekeeping. They have yet to have a fire drill New culinary director and slightly better meals and open dining 7:30 to 6:00. Good room size. There has been a large turnover of directors.

I was so thankful for them. Food was great. I guess it is more prevalent now but I was surprised that if you have a loved one that dies on the 2nd that they charge you for the whole month. We really did love it and it was the best place for our loved one.

What we like the most about the community is the overall charm of the building- it makes it feel like a cozy home. My mother in law has only been there for about [date removed] so still feeling things out

Okay. They are helpful, but Lots of staff turnover. Seems like they consistently have new people helping you out. Some with more experience then others. In an older building but it's in good shape, but sometimes the circuit breakers switch off when too many things are on at the same time. IE: heater, television, lights and have to have a maintenence person put the circuit breakers back on. Enjoyed the resident/relative Thanksgiving, Christmas holiday dinners they had.

The staff has been very responsive and helpful. Initially, there was a delay with administering medication. I would recommend keeping a few days of meds set aside just in case of a delay due to new or unclear prescription details. Overall, I feel my parents landed in the correct facility. The staff communicates well and are truly concerned for their well being. The facility is beautiful and well maintained.

The facility was near to my mother’s residence and close to her known contacts in the area and the facility seemed to meet all her needs – care, therapy, dining and hair salon. I believe Sage Glendale is a viable and suitable option to assisted living for residents that are ambulatory. My mother is not in that category

Sunol Creek is a lovely facility with some very wonderful care givers. Unfortunately for my husband, it is not working. He has Parkinson's with dementia and has taken numerous falls while in their care. His needs are just too much for them so we are looking for something more intimate. I would give them a 4. We have only been there just shy of [time frame removed}

Well after reading reviews about resident treatment & complaints, i would have encouraged my family to rethink placement here. Not everyone is a bad apple, but repeated complaints about same issues with care takers needs to be addressed.

Everyone was very friendly and provided lots of information and were very helpful in the decision and moving process. The rooms are nicer and the house much more interesting than the other memory care facilities I toured. Also there are more residents so better chance of my high functioning sister to find friends. Not as much communication or responsive now that we’re moved in as I expected but everything has gone very well. I’m comfortable that if I needed their attention on an issue they would be supportive. My sister has only been there 2 months so I’m looking forward to getting to know the staff better.

Overall, the place was pretty great. There were some issues but they were dealt with, and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating in many ways. If I had it to do over again I would move my mom there again.

Make sure you understand everything you are responsible to pay. I had a misunderstanding about personal briefs such as “Depends”. I thought they supplied for the cost of the room and board. They also had an almost total turnover of the Admin. Staff the second month. They could have a little better communication with the residents’ family. The staff is very friendly and tries to make you feel at home.

I really enjoyed the landing. It was clean and the food was good. People were very pleasant. Staff was fun and friendly.

What we like the most about Kingston Bay Senior Living is that the staff was friendly and there were lots of activities. Food could always use some new ideas and new dishes.

In the year and a half my mom has been there, there have been 2 directors and going on their 3rd nurse. I would like to see more activities after regular hours and on weekends. It is very expensive.

In the beginning everything is great. Care givers are attentive. My mom has been there a month and a half and 2 caregivers that I know of, have quit. From the day mom moved in there has been inadequacies with her room and bathroom. No closet doors, toilet paper holder, vanity light not working and window blind broken. Still at this time the blind is broken and no closet doors. Her clothes and shoes are missing. Even though they are supposedly washed separately. All are labeled with her room number. I have visited many times and the toilet seat has poop on it. I have sanitary wipes stashed so I can wipe the restroom down when I visit. I was informed there is not a house keeper assigned to memory care. Only called when needed. The care givers are expected to help clean but are short staff and cleaning supplies. So very disappointed:(

They have Respite Care, which was my need, but apparently not all the employees have been trained to know what that is. I was there for 11 days and it was adequate for my needs.
