Staff is great food is very good, it's a very clean place! They have activities every day with outings! She has small one bedroom, but is quite a bit bigger than a lot of one bedroom units at most places.
I find the staff very helpful and caring to the residents. The room is a very nice size and I definitely like having a private bathroom. The facility is clean and like the outside garden area.

My family member is there they have catered to all his needs. If I have a concern they will take care of it immediately without any problems. The patient and their family comes first. Caring and willing...
I don't think they have an Exec Director and haven't for several months. Plumbing issues took a month to be resolved but not the maintenance folks fault as they had to order parts on their own credit cards...
Be very specific w/the additional paid cna staff on what you need done. This was a new experience for us, and the Teal Ridge staff were great. We had to use the care givers that come in to oversee meds, etc....
